Ceramic, wood, ink in paper, found objects
This floor and wall installation is about the pockets of the natural world that surround us everyday and how we interact with that world, as we cross between the human altered landscapes and the 'natural'. The piece is informed by my walks in the small natural areas and walking paths by the Fox Fiver. These pockets are how we mostly experience nature on an everyday basis. The work is meant to be direct and tactile and draw from the idea of landscape in the every day.
